I want you to know that your ez Spa Enzymes product was very effective in correcting the white mold problem in my Spa. I have been a continuous Spa owner for the last 20 years and my experience tells me that you have a great product for stabilizing and maintaining water quality.
My specific problem was that, although I had faithfully followed recommended maintenance for my Allure L700 Vita Spa, the Spa developed a stubborn, white tissue-like mold in the lines. The problem occurred because of lack of consistent Spa use even though the L700 has automatic high and low speed cycles for circulating the water through all lines and pumps.
ez Spa Enzymes cleared up a problem that shock and maintenance chemicals alone did not resolve.
